I read this thread on the AlMaghrib Forums, and with all marriage threads - since marriage is such a big part of my over all agenda for the World, I felt compelled to leave a (sincere) comment.

Here is my comment:

If she can't cook, forget about it.
75% of your time with spouse(s) is spent eating. the rest of the time is spent discussing what to eat, when to eat and with who to eat it with.

Why post it here? Obviously, within five minutes, in the name of Everything Islamic and Good, my post was removed from 'there'
