My Mom and Dad!

First of all, i love blogging, I love talking, i Love talking about myself to myself - I impress myself, so this blog is a way to do that! Now, I am suppose to be a ‘pretty decent’ graphic designer, even more specifically a pretty good ‘web designer’ and web developer - so this blog sucks - considering, its suppose to be about me BY me!
So its already embarassing enough to log in and write on this goofy looking thing! BUT BUT BUT, in about 6 months (or maybe sooner if i decide to change the order of things which is very likely because the idea of not updating my blog for 6 months sounds horrible) in general, for the last few weeks, the only things I have felt like posting is some artwork I have been doing - (I MADE SOME HOT STUFF!) but, this blogging system is not really perfect for graphics, so I need to change the underlying structure first, etc. and since thats not happening anytime soon- well nothngs happening.
I have officially started my company, so in about 6 months, I will be rich - and I will buy everyone I know VERY expensive gifts, cars, etc. so everyone I know - get ready!
So thats in a nutshell, why I do not write much these days - plus, well my brother in law asked me how come i have been so responsive - actually, anyone who is receiving e-mails or work from me in the last few days, well, i Am now for the most part offically set up in jordan (I am all or nothing, i did not talk or emai anyone) until EVERYTHING was set up, so the email response I sent him, I can put up here - since it saves me the time of having to find a better way to send it!
From Hanzala
What happened to you? Usually it takes you a few years to respond? Hope all is well. (notice how he is WORRIED that I am actually responding!)
From Me (to him and to all of you)
Well a few things:
1. I got DSL
2. I got the kids in a place I am happy with, for the past few months, I have been very stressed out about it, ensuring that the arabic tutor spends a lot of time with them, that ibrahim is getting along with people, that hafs and hajra are doign well, so that took a lot of time in the beginning - now i Am happy with the results
the tutor does an awesome job
ibrahim has lots of friends, people he learns from and plays with
the girls are getting better at arabic
and also, their mannerismsm etc. in general
And also, i did not have net access for a long time- now alhamduillaah, we have it, so we can get on the net easily (at work and at home, right now I am at work)
Also, i had a few projects that were keeping me busy in america, but now they are completed - so now, on my task list is just
1. Living in jordan
2. Continuining what we have with the kids
3. Starting my company
4. Ensuring eveyrhing I am doing *such as your dads website* does not get messed up, so
So, my life is in contorl right now, alhamduillaah - also, I have pretty much stopped listrning to music so I feel a lot better islamically, etc. as well - now i just have to quit smoking!
=============
So there, as of right now I am waiting on three people to email me, and NO ONE, well one person, is waiting on me (ill send those emails right after I finish this blog post)
And now for why the cellphones in our family are never working!!!
This is my blog post, I wait until i have an idea about what to blog about so the idea that came up a few weeks ago, and for some reason right now, I was inspired to BLOG and the idea still seems to be the one that will get posted
Me and fatima are having a discussion, and we use different things as our timeliness or landmarks in time or whatever - to sort out the time frame we are talking about - so we both realized - since we have two different landmarks in time, the time I BROKE her cell phone, and the time she BROKE my cell phone (two different landmarks in time) - And the funny part was we were trying to remember something else, but we were using those times as our lanmarks and then became confused about which time it was! - but basically, we both break each others cellphones when we are mad or angry with the other. The ironic thing being, neither of us really care that much about cellphones OR receiving calls (everyone is always complaining that no one picks up our cell phones)
So, thats it - when we fight we break each others phones - once I was out to dinner with my dad and Fatima, and i forget what made me mad, so I went outside - took my wifes cell phone and slammed it on the floor - and then once, as i was leaving the home, Fatima took my cell phone and threw it against the wall. We have no idea how to fight, but one thing is for sure - we will break each others cellphones
The funnest part is I guess trying to cover it up, how does a cell phone break, what were you doing, etc.
Anyway, for some reason I thought it was kinda funny, but ah well - thats married life.
