IN Digestion

And I should not have posted that link, ysterday - so sorry about that. (but if its stuck in anyones head, alhamduillaah, SUFFER [its not really suffering since its nice, it makes u work with a rythm]

Ok. THE PLACE IS MAC DADDY Clean. Spankingly clean. I got to work 4 hours late, I told yusuf to call me every half hour but i kept going back to bed, and then went to bed late. But got all of my days work done in about one hour so I (and I FEEL SO HEALTHY and so good, even though I still have some difficulty breathing).

Now, I am hungry but not starvingly hungry. And, I started finally sorting out the huge mess that IN has become:

Services that are functional but not launched are:
1. Audio
2. Quran features
3. Prayer Times
Services that are botched compltely
1. Mail
2. MuslimPad

Services that will never be spoken about unless, they are already complte:
1. The browser

I took care of many of the mail stuff today. (Besides myself and Fatima, maybe no one else uses it anyway) but we will simply learn from what did wrong and not launch / relaunch it until we have the resources to man it. So we will migrate all users to a BETTER E-mail system anyway (GMail) they will keep the IslamicNetwork.com name and all, same passwords (hopefully) and they will have all of the previous features and then some (gmail is ten thousand times better I think anyway) - and we will maintain all of our existing 5 or 6 users over there - and you will be in the hands of a better company and the mail will work like a charm in sha aAllaah. And this lets us scrap the server and forget about it for now, and not focus on it.

IslamicNetwork.com the main site by itself will also suffer a similar fate, it will just remain and nothing will be done to it at all and it will be moved to a more stable server instead of any kind of development server - and no humans will be needed to maintain it. So therefore no me, so therefore its up, and will remain up.

The Forums will simlpy remain as they are, except they wont come down randomly =)

This will all happen in the matter of the next few days, so this means that IN will just remain as it is and the major major problems will be fixed in the next few days. Then Muslimpad WHICH will cause some hard work, but it will be fixed and the few bloggers who use it can continue.

And I will take off as many moths as is needed to do what I want - and if it works, BAHM! and if not, then BAHM! (but at the end of either conclusion full time work on IN will begin in about one year).
