It looks like my trip to the states is delayed by a few weeks, which is OK. In the mean time, last week I finally went to the Papa Johns in Amman. Firstly, it is most certainly the best Pizza I have had in Jordan. We have a few non Jordanian Pizza companies here.

1. Pizza Hut
2. Sbarros (My favoritest company ever)
3. Dominoes (its quite not that good here either)
4. Little Ceasers (not that bad in Jordan)
5. And street pizza vendors - they are very bad in Jordan

The Papa Johns is actually a pretty decent experience and close to the taste and what not as back in the states.

The only real other problems are coffee, and Donuts - the donuts here are not that hot. The non jordanian cofees here are not that hot either unfortunately.

However, THEY now have a Caribou Coffee in Amman also. So, this might be quite wicked - however, along with donuts it still poses a problen - what you want is an Abundant Supply of Good Coffee and good doughnuts. You do not want just one or two shops that have them, you want to be able to get the good stuff from a variety of places.
